| Reservation Deposit |

A reservation deposit in the amount of $100.00
is required which goes towards the total balance. Once
received, your reservation will be considered reserved
(guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the
reservation deposit has been received. |

| Payment |

Payment of the balance is due 30 days
prior to the check-in date. |

| Cancellations & Refunds |
| |
The reservation deposit and any payments made,
minus an administration fee of $100.00 will be refunded in
full for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the
check-in date.
For all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the
check-in date, the entire payment and the reservation deposit will
be will be forfeited. |

| Pet Fee and
Policy |
|
A fee of $200.00 will be
charged if a pet will be in the home during your stay. Pet fee is
refundable in the event that there is no hair or other damages. Any
cleaning required will be deducted from the pet fee deposit. |

Bookings are taken on a first
come basis. We do offer other homes that are of the same quality at the
same rates. Please contact us about availability of those homes
directly. We require a valid credit card # to secure your reservation
and your deposit of $100 must be received to process your booking. |
