Pool Heat-$120 per week or $375 per month $40 for extra items for the length of stay Accidental damage waiver-$35 Tax-12% Cleaning Applied to all bookings except for bookings of month Cancellation Insurance-$75 If you wish to stay longer then monthly we have reduced rates for extended stays of 3-6 months. Some of the Optional Features we offer are listed for you below. Please be sure to mention these items during your booking so that we can make the arrangements with other companies for them to be in the house upon your arrival.
WELCOME FOOD PACKS
We will provide a shopping trip to the local grocery store to get you setup for your stay and save you a bit of time upon your arrival. In order to have this setup in your home, we ask that you give us 72 hours or more notice Prior to your arrival. The following food packs you are interested in: (you can specify brands if you wish)
